Shannon Ciesluk, CPA, CVA
Shannon is the Managing Partner of SC Accounting Consultants in the Tampa Bay area. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Forensic Accounting from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Florida and has nearly 20 years of professional experience. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), the Business Network International (BNI), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA), and the University of South Florida Accounting Circle Board of Directors.
Shannon has extensive litigation support experience including dissolution of marriage, business damages, shareholder disputes, business appraisals, collaborative law engagements, pension valuation, malpractice, and economic damages. She has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education directly related to business valuation, forensic accounting, and other litigation support.
Dominique Langford, CPA, CFE
Dominique is the Litigation & Forensic Accounting Manager of SC Accounting Consultants based out of the Tampa Bay area. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with nearly seven years of experience in providing accounting, consulting, and litigation advisory services for complex financial matters across a diverse range of industries. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing and a Master of Science in Accounting from Boston College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA), Tampa Hispanic Bar Association (THBA), and The Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
Dominique is responsible for overseeing and working on forensic investigations, dissolution of marriages, cash flow/financial statement analyses, business valuations, economic damage assessments, and more.
